Papertini started in 2006 as a combination of handmade invitations and floral services, hence “paper” in Papertini. In 2007, we decided to focus solely on providing floral and decor services. We combine different styles and materials to make your event décor unique and unforgettable.



Tanti Lina, owner and principal designer, is a self-taught floral designer. She finds joy and comfort in working and creating art by mixing flowers with various materials. She has won ribbons at the Philadelphia Flower Show various competitive classes and serves as an advisor for one of the competitive classes in 2010.

Mandy Duchesneau, designer, has been with Papertini since it started. Just like Tanti, she is also a self-taught floral designer. She has a bright and cheerful personality and it is reflected on her design.

Neal Conley, office manager and Tanti’s husband, manages all paperwork aspects of the business such as bookkeeping, payroll and website maintenance.

We are also very fortunate to have a group of hardworking and talented assistants: Bonnie Cannon, Joy Cannon, Judi Leventhal and Rosalind Chang on our team.
